The Truth Will Set You Free

Honesty is more than not telling lies, it can be extremely hard to live honestly. Living honestly relies on us being honest with ourselves, to be honest with ourselves we have to confront the truth and this can be incredibly painful. The longer we have run from it, the harder it can be to confront it, the longer we have worn the mask the more we see it as our reflection in the mirror.
