Industrials rose on expectations for increased infrastructure spending. Pharmaceutical stocks rose on expectations of a stable regulatory environment. With an hour of trade to go the Dow Jones index was up by 272 points or 1.5% after being down just 80 points in early trade. The S&P 500 index was up by 1.2% while the Nasdaq was higher by 48 points or 0.9%
