Old school coaching doesn't work anymore - longtime Jacksonville Jaguars GM Tom Coughlin was fired yesterday, after apparently fining players for even minor infractions in an effort to create team discipline. That may have worked well enough for Coughlin to get to two Super Bowls, but it won't work with today's woke players. Oh, and then there was Blake Bortles.
