Joy Day 4: Esau’s Joy

Chance the Cheetah, Drexel the Dragon, and Liam the Lion travel to ancient Canaan and meet one of the Bible’s most misunderstood characters—Esau. In this episode, the brothers hear firsthand how Esau lost his birthright, was tricked out of his blessing, and wrestled with deep anger toward his brother, Jacob. But when the long-lost brothers finally meet again, the boys are shocked by what happens next: forgiveness, reconciliation, and unexpected joy!

Through laughter, reflection, and a hearty feast, the boys discover that true joy doesn’t come from possessions or power—but from peace, forgiveness, and trusting God's plan. Based on Genesis 32–33 and Philippians 4:4, this episode helps kids understand that letting go of anger makes room for joy, healing, and stronger relationships.
