Have you been to Livid Skate Café in Scarborough?  It’s a café/ skate shop/ gallery space that also runs events. 

Who came up with this idea?  And what sparked it?  Oska Tallis is the dude behind it all.   He has an entrepreneurial brain, an artist’s sensibility and is a great storyteller.
