Although many of us are aware of limiting or negative thoughts and the effect these have on our choices and behaviour but that's not always enough to change them. In this video podcast, I look at a simple technique that is helping me shape my thoughts so I feel stronger, more resilient and better able to be the kind of person and parent I want to be.
