In today's episode, I give you practical tips to help you skill up, prepare mentally, lay down distractions and be proactive rather than reactive.  Your time, effort and commitment are required when it comes to make a change, and many times we are required to "get out" before knowing the next steps.  Many times we make a career change regardless of the unknown because we are CALLED to step out and enter our new season of life!
