In the summer of 2000, Warhammer 40k players all over the world were invited to decide the fate of the world of Armageddon. It was the opening act that would begin the golden age of Games Workshop's Summer Campaigns. The Third War for Armageddon would provide plenty of memorable moments and characters; and catapult the Black Templars, Salamanders, Cult of Speed, and Steel Legion to the heights of 40k fame.
