We believe that God's purpose for Lakeview Baptist Church is to love the Lord God and to express that love by making, nurturing, and equipping disciples of Jesus Christ in Auburn and throughout the world.

5 Axioms Of A Healthy Church:

1. In a healthy church God's people love God; therefore, they worship Him passionately. (Psalm 63:1-5)
- Do I really love God?
- Do my actions reveal my love for Him?

2. In a healthy church God's people love God's Word; therefore, they obey its precepts wholeheartedly. (Psalm 119:9-11)
- Does my lifestyle show I love God's Word because I am seeking to obey it?

3. In a healthy church God's people love one another; therefore, they live together harmoniously. (Psalm 133:1-3)

4. In a healthy church God's people love the lost; therefore, they proclaim the Gospel faithfully. (Psalm 51:10-13)

5. In a healthy church God's people love the nations; therefore, they go into the world fearlessly. (Psalm 67:1-2)
