Sarah Gallagher knows something about the journey through grief and how to pick up the pieces and move forward. Her husband died when she was in her late thirties and her son was 2 1/2 years old. It wasn’t expected. She was devastated. He was her soulmate and his death left her with so many unfinished plans… like plans to have another child. Redefining her life goal as a solo parent gave her strength. She decided to go ahead and have the second child they’d always dreamed of. With time, she found herself reaching out to help other young widows. Over the years she has turned her pain into purpose and is now offering grief coaching for other widowed, solo parents.
