When comparing the ministry of Elisha to that of Elijah, it's easy to think that Elisha's ministry didn't quite measure up to the spectacular nature of Elijah's; even though Elisha asked for a double portion. If we look closer we'll see that Elisha truly did receive double, but not of what you might think.
