Motivational Monday #3

This one is super important. We talk about Picking your moment and speaking your mind! Being open and honest with others and more importantly yourself. We also talk a lot about controlling your environment to better suit the life want to live! I really do think this one could help a lot of people and I honestly hope that it does. I know people (myself included) struggle a lot with these concepts but hopefully Dude and Noah can guide you in the right direction!
