Summer Solstice Yoga Nidra and Soundbath 2023

The Summer Solstice is a time of Spirit and Expansion. The longest day of the year where the golden sun can magnetize and elevate your life within and without. Take  some time to go within and find your peace in a quiet place.

Summer Solstice is the three days when the sun 'stands still' and nature seems to hold its breath while we bask in the light of summer! 

Just as the sun pauses during this season, take some time to pause yourself allowing radiant rejuvenation and integration.  Listening on head phones is so great. Enjoy!
