My client Meredith was struggling with immobilizing anxiety. The final three months of the last semester of grade 11 she did not attend in person. She described that she 'almost never left her house' with the exception of attending volleyball practices and games.

 

This episode is based on the true story of my client Meredith* and her struggles (in silence) with depression and anxiety.

It's about the journey back into healing and wellness that can happen when we are brave enough to ask for help... and to keep asking.🤗
