Shannon Miller is a mom to two beautiful boys and a wife to an exquisite man. Her journey began over 5 years ago after a devastating divorce and self destruction of her body. She began to question if this was supposed to be life. Through her journey of self discovery and physical transformation, there sprouted her passion. This passion was for showing others the way of living life based on their dreams and aspirations, not through the expectations of society. Her foundation and belief is that the physical body is a gateway to finding ones true power and strength. Shannon supports women and men in their health and mindset journeys to live free of physical and financial pain.

Dr. Eric Miller is an Internal Medicine/Obesity Medicine physician who after practicing for 10 years found himself feeling completely stuck in a career which he no longer was aligned and time freedom. Seeking to create massive impact as a doctor, he instead found patients getting sicker, bigger and their medication lists getting longer, primarily due to lack of nutritional understanding and personal accountability. He realized his true purpose was helping transform lives through proper nutritional nourishment, focus on accountability and choice.
