We did it! We are days away from the end of 2020, and I think it is safe to say we are all more than ready to say GOODBYE! But instead of forgetting everything that happened and hoping for a "do-over", maybe there's a way to bid farewell to 2020 in a healthy and positive way. In this episode, I talk all about this troubling and challenging year, how we can accept it for what it was, and how we can move forward when that clock strikes midnight.

We are warriors, we are champions, and we are winners! We bested 2020, and we will be ready for whatever 2021 brings.
