Episode 10 - Jay Polaki, Founder and CEO of HR Geckos (www.hrgeckos.com) in conversation with Jennifer Benton. Jen is an HR leader with over twenty years experience supporting the staffing and technology services fields. She currently serves as the Global Director of Human Resources for a technology services company based in Maryland. In her role, she leads human resource teams located around the globe to derive and implement workforce strategies which enhance employee attraction, retention and engagement. Outside of work, she supports a community nonprofit, The Blue Ribbon Project, which supports children in the foster care system local to her area. She is also a mom of four children and three rescue pups.
