Today I hope you will enjoy my conversation with Christine Malkmus. Throughout the course of her 34 years of life, Christine has had a very toxic, love/hate relationship with food and body. After years of self-abuse that she infused into many facets of her life, she finally came to the realization that perhaps she’d gone through her eating disorder so that she could one day help other women dealing with the same or similar issues. This ultimately lead her to pursue the path of becoming a Mind+Body Empowerment Coach, certified through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. Through easy, doable mind-body-soul strategies, she offers her guidance, love and light to help you make peace with food and grow in body confidence and liberation, allowing you to fully thrive in all areas of your life.
NOTE: Despite silencing phones and all, we still struggled with some notification pings.
