SIN CONCIOUSNESS VS. GRACE CONCIOUSNESS

Are you sick, happy, troubled, do you need it to rain i.e. a miracle, are your circumstances not lined up right? are you in sin?

YOUR THOUGHTS CREATE FEELINGS...Feelings create emotions, emotions create states, states create moods, Moods create mindsets, mindsets create personalities. Your personality creates your life! *YOU MUST LEARN TO CONTROL YOUR FEELINGS TO CONTROL YOUR LIFE - You control your feelings by controlling your input… but the danger is we typically allow in what we feel, or what we feel we deserve, or what we have been programmed to feel! If you choose to live by your feelings you choose to live as a victim.

Grace consciousness vs. Sin consciousness 

Sin - My forgiveness is dependent on what I do

My answers to prayer is dependent on what I do

My circumstances will work out only if I do the right thing

I will always struggle with sin, addiction, weakness etc…

Im obligated to do what is right to get Gods acceptance, favor

It’s impossible to please God

*We typically make it about our will power and discipline

HERE IS AN IDEA: Next time you think you have enough will power to please God, practice that when you have diarrhea… 

BOTTOM LINE: Sin consciousness is based on feelings…

Remember what I said about feelings?

Feelings create emotions, emotions create states, states create moods, Moods create mindsets, mindsets create personalities. Your personality creates your life!

GRACE: My walk with God is based on what He has done for me through Jesus.  He fulfilled my obligation. 

Grace comes from knowing God and relying on him. 

GODS GRACE WILL INFLUENCE ME, EMPOWER ME, TRANSFORM ME IF I RELY ON HIS POWER AND SPIRIT AND NOT MINE!

Grace consciousness actually sends more blood to the brain and gives greater clarity and focus and optimism. 

So like James 5 says: Whatever comes your way- you keep feelings out of it and go by the word of God.
