Councilman Steve Faber is in Chicago recovering from a rare Double Lung Transplant. He's recovering well and even plans on being back home in Kewanee in early November. We briefly caught up with Councilman Faber, for the first time since his remarkable surgery, on Tuesday's edition of Speak Up Tri-Counties.
