PREPARATION:
OPPORTUNITY:
PURPOSE:
You will never fulfill your destiny doing work you despise.
There is a direct connection between finding your passion and reaching your purpose.
Passion gives you energy. Passion gives you the E&E factor: energy and excellence. Passion requires you to listen to your heart, and I believe in my sanctified imagination that Esther’s passion was for her people, and she resolved in my heart that if it costs me my life, I will fulfill what God has called me to do.
We all know how the story ends, but what I love is the true ending in chapter nine, when Mordecai wrote a letter asking to inaugurate the tradition of the festival of purim where God turned what was evil for their good. Esther wrote a letter backing Mordecai’s and as a result these festival days were kept from generation to generation and celebrated by every family...I say all of that to say YOUR PURPOSE IS NOT JUST FOR YOU!!! It is to leave a lasting legacy!!!
