Mid-Session 20 Aug 18: Positive start to the week as telcos & miners lift

The ASX 200 is up 0.10% at mid-session, helped by gains in the telco and materials sectors. Woolworths, Primary Healthcare and Fortescue Metals Group have released earnings results this morning.
