It’s Monday, Let’s raise a glass to the beginning of another week. It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass! For the love of Cabernet Franc! That is what is on the podcast today. There are so many Cab Franc lovers out there and we are united in the fact that we want to prove that it is more than a blending grape. 

Cristian Vallejo is the winemaker for VIK Winery in Chile and thanks to social media we “met.” After a few back and forths on INstagram, we arranged a time to sit down and talk about VIK wines, Cabernet Franc around the world and how he farms the vines in a new to me way!
