US Rolls Out New Diagnosis- Deliquent Immunization Status

For the first time there is an official diagnosis not related to a medical problem.   It is a diagnosis of non-compliance with the authorities and it will go on your permanent record.

There is also a billable code for doctors to charge the government for haranguing you to comply- Encounters for Immunization Safety Counseling.  ICD-Z71.85
