"Support The Scene!" isn't just an old adage or a tired cliche'. Local Metal/Punk scenes aren't just a source of weekend entertainment. The "scene" is an important breeding ground for young talent to get their chops in before moving on to bigger ("better" will always be subjective). And it's a great source of weekend entertainment. But the scene needs to thrive to survive. So we all need to do our part. So this week we have a laundry list of Dos and Don'ts everyone should employ for the betterment of the scene. Some are obvious, some are a little more outside the box. But all are important. In our "News, Views and Tunes', we mark out over the new Wednesday series. Musically, we crank bunch of new tunage from Siege Of Power, All Out War, Dead Quiet, Phantom Spell, Carnal Savagery, Take It In The Blood, Phantom Killing and introduce Thunder Bay's(!) Alienator in the "Indie Spotlight". Horns Up and Stay Healthy!
