Rosalyn Summach - Sleep Training and Breastfeeding with The Mama Coach

Rosalyn Summach, nurse and owner of The Mama Coach - Saskatoon, joins us today on the More Than Mom podcast to share loads of knowledge about some of the biggest stressors of new motherhood. She gives real, take-home tips to help new moms with nursing infants. She also goes in-depth on the topic of sleep and gives tips that can help all the way through toddlerhood. Rosalyn is a wealth of knowledge and we are so incredibly grateful for her willingness to teach and share in order to help us overcome some of the biggest struggles of early motherhood.
