25 Things I Learnt by 25

If you know me well you know that before my birthday I had a quarter life crisis. Tears were shed to anyone who would listen - my therapist, my family and friends. During this breakdown I thought I'd make myself feel better by writing out everything I have learnt by 25. The following podcast is that personal list which I have decided to share with you all in the hopes it might be of some help to many fellow ‘mid-twenties-and-terrified’.
