A conversation with two of Amphenol's corporate MBA summer interns, Minahil Nazir and Sophie Drouin. Minahil attends the Yale School of Management and has been working with the Amphenol RF, Optics and Broadband Group, and Sophie just completed her time at INSEAD and has been working with the Amphenol Harsh Environment Solutions Division. We talk about some of the projects they've been working on this summer, how much freedom they've been given to perform, and how their work has been used in the latest strategic plans. We talk about their vastly different working experiences, but how each one is still representative of the Amphenol culture. We talk about their future education plans and what they'd like to do after completing their degrees. We talk about what they like to do outside of work and school.
