My guest on the show today is Deiya Pernas, Co-Founder and Analyst at Pernas Research. Growth, runway for growth, greenfield opportunities, current market penetration, competitive landscape: these are all concepts we need to think about when looking at MicroCaps, and we've talked at length on this show about. The idea, or the ability, to conceptualize the future for any given company is a skill I think we all wish we had mastered (then we'd all be extremely wealthy), and yet, is what makes investing in Small, MicroCaps so damn fun. Deiya and his team at Pernas Research focus heavily on companies where their future is brighter than their current state, in other words, how the conceptualization of their futures are different from market perception. We dig into this idea today, and provide a few examples to illustrate what Deiya means.
