1. It's what you know after you think you know it all that makes a difference. Are you developing yourself as a leader? We all want to find that NEXT leader... but so often we need to actually develop the people who are in our circle to SEE their leadership capacity! If you stop developing, you stop leading.

2. Don't let anyone steal your dream. Your personal WHY has to start deep within you so that people cannot take that from you when things get hard. There will be opposition -- there always is! "Dream Busters" are the type of people who want to keep you from getting to your dreams because they haven't been able to accomplish theirs.

3. You can spend your life any way you want, but you only get one shot at it. We have the freedom to CHOOSE what to do with the life we have been entrusted with. Are you using your life the way you are designed to live?

- Identify your purpose... especially a purpose that helps other people!

- Realize that today matters more than any other day because today is all you have.

- Tomorrow is a gift!
