Even though Christmas is over for 2016, this is a rebroadcast to continue allowing the Christmas Spirit to continue to bring good feeelings to all. Thank you. This is a rebroadcast from last Thursday's show, December 22nd, 2016.
The Octave of Christmas continues today and this week, leading up to Christmas this weekend but have so much to still do. On a sad note today, Father Anthony had a funeral this morning and much going on with that. Also, as everyone comes in to the studio today, Gerri and Sister Florine from the St. Stanislaus Kostka Soup Kitchen joins us at the beginning of the show, sharing how much good they have received in helping them and what they have been doing to help so many people. Talk of food once again is and does get everyone hungry again too, LOL, but Sister Florine shares more on the staff in the Soup Kitchen and how things have been going great in there recently. After the first break, Father Anthony shares what Sister Florine got him for Christmas, a statue of St. Raphael, the Saint of Healing and as the show continues, the gang continues to arrive, for Tony joins in and Christina is on the way. With only Gerri and Tony with him, Father Anthony picks up the discussion more on where he left off the past few days, and Gerri enjoys how the program is a way of bringing and giving Hope and remember the real meaning of Christmas. The holiday stress is getting to everyone too it seems from what is discussed on the show too but mainly to go back to the “real meaning of Christmas,” not just the biblical and obvious meaning, but also more.
