Molly “The Business” Paddison shares her journey from ballet to baseball, and through the ranks of junior Queensland baseball, about being the only female athlete in teams, winning the 2023 Youth Nationals gold and her stunning performance at the 2024 Nationals, and her evolving mindset as she transitions from a rookie to a leader at just 17.
