NHS demands Masks MUST be worn.

A man waits three years since 2019 to see a Consultant in an NHS hospital. However the Consultant insists that the man wears a mask during the consultation. The man refuses, saying he is exempt. The Consultant then refuses to treat him. Still clapping?
