Night Beat - Lost Souls

Randy pays a visit to Skid Row.  An unknown benefactor contributed funds to the Rescue Mission in order to feed the needy with steak dinners, furnish clean sheets to the rooming house, and free drinks at the local tavern.  At the end of the bar, Randy meets the benefactor, Ruth Martin.  He eventually follows her back to her motel room, where they find a message written in red lipstick, on her mirror and all over the walls. Ruth believes the message is from Vivian, a childhood friend.
