We need not coerce, we do not create the power, but we must LET this Great Power operate through us. All that is required is a willingness to believe that God creates for us. “All it takes is the faith the size of a mustard seed.” Even just wanting to believe in the idea that God is renewing your mind and improving your circumstances will bring about corresponding improvements in your affairs.
