Baha’i Marriage

Today I read some passages on Baha'i marriage beginning with The Marriage Tablet which is not scripture as it is unauthenticated. It was taken from a talk ascribed to the Master circa December 1918 and written down by Ahmad Sohrab. I also read some short passages from Selections from the Writings of Abdu'l-Baha page 117 and 118, Lights of Guidance by Abdu'l-Baha page 226, and a passage from Prescription for Living by Ruhiyyih Khanum pages 87-88. I continue our reading of The Hidden Words of Baha'u'llah with the 47th and 48th Hidden Word from the Arabic. I close with a prayer by Abdu'l-Baha in the Baha'i Prayer Book on pages 23-24.
