MY WHY

Simon Sinek has done some fabulous work on understanding your 'WHY' (If you are not familiar with it then have a look into it!)

I have been considering mine for some time and feel it is the right time to share it.... It currently works for me and in time might crystallise even further.

 

What is your WHY?

What is the trace you would like to leave?

How does knowing and articulating what is important to you motivate and inspire you?

If you are not sure - how might you further consider your why?

 

For those interested My WHY - it is as follows...

“To inspire people to do the things that inspire them and leave the world better than I found it. And specifically, I want to help people find and do more meaningful work. I want to help people relieve their chronic work anxiety by helping them see patterns in their story, so they can design their lifestyle around the work they have always wanted to do. I want to be remembered by the people whose lives I have touched as a force for good in their lives.”

 

I am sharing it (not to be self indulgent!) because I want to demonstrate what meaningful work is for me and I want to inspire you to consider and work out what your why is....
