Mid-Session 18 Jan 19: Rally extends into a fourth day

Every sector is firmer on Friday, helping the ASX 200 into positive territory for the fourth straight day. It follows gains on Wall St which were fuelled by hopes US President Trump may lower tariffs on Chinese goods.
