The second half of our end of season post-mortum on this season's most downtrodden teams (for their own reasons of course). In this half, we finish off Cleveland, Detroit, Oklahoma City, and Orlando. Each team, although not as bad as our two friends in the first half of this episode (MIN/HOU) they're all in different stages of their respective rebuilds.
