Any examination of what makes the deep state tick would be negligent in ignoring the 80 year track record of international/national intrigues that have made the Ugly Americans even uglier in world opinion; for justifiably good reasons.
The assassination of world leaders, including our own, for failure to meet the shape shifting standards of political whim and power politics stand zero chance of meaningful reform of the CIA through traditional administrative channels.
