Every child deserves a family to love and cherish them. Paraguay has approximately one thousand children in the care system, and only 5% of them are in family-based care. The vast majority of those children would thrive in foster care, and it is Little Neighbors' desire to see the local churches of Paraguay respond as we raise awareness and train a wave of safe, loving families.
