What if we could take the self-criticism out of the back of our throats, and live a hell-yes life that sets the soul on fire?

This episode is an invitation to live wildly, to celebrate your body, to uplift other women and to drop into your sensual nature by living IN you body, instead of living in your head while criticizing your body.
