In today's episode we're speaking to Jonathan Jay.

Jonathan is an acquisition and business strategist, with thirty-one years of business experience (since the age of nineteen) and multi-million-pound exits with the sale of The Coaching Academy UK Ltd in 2007 and The Marketing Guild in 2017. 

However, he first sold a small business in 1999 (Achievement UK) and first bought a distressed business in 2005. These early experiences shaped the way he thought about business forever.

Currently, He is growing another group via acquisition in the childcare sector (namely Welcome Nurseries) and has made over fifty acquisitions since June 2019, becoming the fifth largest nursery group in the UK.
