Welcome to Connect Back In: Why I Re-branded the Podcast

If you've been listening for awhile,  you may have noticed a soft re-brand from "The La Jolla Local" to the new! "Connect Back In" podcast. After some internal discovery over the past few months, I recognized that this podcast needed a change in order to be more aligned with what I am wanting to share.
