1608 as asked by Sherman on the show to Father Koys today, who is very happy to be here and wishes everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and Advent and like stated, 1608 is the year that he focuses on today.  One famous person Father Koys talks about with this, not just for Thanksgiving (even though it was last week) and Father Koys has wanted to talk about him for quite some time, Squanto.  This brings to mind many things, past and present, in terms of talking about Native Americans and their history here in America and what happened to them in the past.  He also shares passages from a children's book regarding Squanto titled: Squanto And The Miracle Of Thanksgiving, bringing to mind many historical facts around this.  He also has some clips from the Disney movie: Squanto to help talk about him and the past with Native Americans during the time when the English came.
