Give Yourself Permission to Quantum Change

Have you ever considered that you need to give yourself permission to change?
Some changes occur on their own. But the quantum changes, the leaps, need our attention, intention, and permission.
We might recognize that we want a different experience and can identify what we need to change to create that outcome.
But we may not realize that we need to give ourselves permission for quantum change. If we don’t, we can end up stuck and stagnant.
We can live by default, stay in our comfort zone, and choose on autopilot. All while not realizing that we’re attached to an identity that inhibits growth and change.
Yet there are several telltale signs of denying ourselves permission to quantum change:
· We experience repeated discomfort in parts of our life.
· We rationalize why we should not change.
· We become fearful when thinking about change.
Giving ourselves permission to quantum change doesn’t transform us into something different. Instead, it leads us to expand into more of who we truly are.
This creates a completely different experience for us:
· We feel free to explore other choices.
· We see ourselves as worthy of change.
· We have more creativity and feel inspired.
· The fear we feel transforms into excitement.
· We recognize and embrace the abundance that’s already in our lives.
