Danny has enjoyed the great privilege throughout his professional career to serve in roles that make a real difference in the lives of real people.

Currently, Danny is the CEO of Avila Home Care which represents the integration of his professional experiences in senior living, health care and pastoral ministry. Danny believes that the diversity of his professional background and experiences will enable him to provide all the care and services that you or your loved one needs to thrive in the home you love – extraordinary care delivered with unparalleled kindness.

Danny spent sixteen years as a senior executive and board member of Erickson Living, one of the nation’s leaders in senior living and health care. He served as Executive Director of Charlestown Retirement Community in Catonsville. At the time, it was the largest life-care retirement community in the United States, providing housing and healthcare for over 2,400 residents. Danny was honored to lead an incredible team of 1,300 staff members dedicated to providing excellent service and care 24/7/365.

In 2006, Danny received an unexpected invitation to become the pastor of Grace Fellowship Church. In his younger days, he served in a ministry to teenagers called Young Life and earned my seminary degree. While Danny had never had the ambition to be a pastor or lead a church, he couldn’t say “no” when I felt God ask me to serve in this way.
