The Panino was created by Christina’s grandparents in 1974. Grandma Evey and Grandpa Tony frasca (Tony played and coached Cc hockey) perfected the dough recipe and  passed it down to each generation. To this day, Christina or Bobby still make each dough cup that contains the secret recipe. Which goes into each batch of dough.
