Mid-Session 16 Feb 17: Market held back as Telco sector slumps 4.2% on Telstra earnings result

The ASX 200 is off 0.1%, held down by heavy falls in the Telco sector after Telstra’s disappointing earnings result. Gains from the banks & miners are helping to support the market.
