Vic Handley is a man from Derby in the UK, who has faced challenges and adversity in his life to make him the resilient and successful family man he is today.

In December this 70 year old rowing novice will set off in his City Of Derby boat and row 3000 miles solo across the Atlantic. 

In this Episode we meet one of his trainers and a man who has rowed the Pacific and Atlantic many times but never solo.
